Okay, plenty of sewing done, now it's time to EAT! I remembered I am owing the
CLUB my April assignment, and since mum's gonna cook dinner for us + Godma's family + themselves and eat here yesterday (Sunday), I quickly took out my mixer to whip this up! It's a
basic butter cake recipe from WILTON and I merely added raisins and white chocolate chips into it, topping it with rum flavored frosting! I honestly think the RUM-RAISIN combo is sooooo right! So right I put THREE of these cupcakes into my belly after dinner.....sigh! LOL!
